The Lucky Losers, San Francisco’s premier blues band, is led by the dynamic duo of Cathy Lemons and Phil Berkowitz. Their soulful sound blends blues, rock, gospel, and country, featuring powerful vocals and electrifying harmonica. Since 2014, they have toured nationally, earned numerous awards and nominations, and released acclaimed albums. Lachy Doley (born 1978) is an acclaimed Australian musician renowned for his virtuosic Hammond organ and whammy clavinet skills. Dubbed the “Jimi Hendrix of the Hammond Organ”, Doley blends blues, soul and funk into dynamic, high-energy performances. He has recorded and toured with major Australian acts and fronts his own band, the Lachy Doley Group, releasing several acclaimed albums. Doley’s passionate musicianship has made him a viral sensation and a leading figure in the global blues and roots scene, performing in over 20 countries at prestigious venues and festivals.

Earl Thomas, born in 1960 in Tennessee, is a renowned American blues and soul singer-songwriter. Raised in a musical family, he began performing in the 1980s and released his debut album Blue…Not Blues in 1991. Over his 30+ year career, Thomas has released 12 acclaimed albums spanning blues, soul and gospel. He has earned impressive accolades over 30+ years career as a blues artist. He has won four San Diego Music Awards. Thomas’ compositions have been recorded by legends like Etta James and Tom Jones, and featured in films and TV shows. Called “the most important blues artist of his generation” by the Best of Blues Awards, Thomas continues to be a leading figure in contemporary blues.
Lloyd Gregory is an acclaimed San Francisco-based jazz guitarist known for his smooth, soulful, and melodic style. A prolific artist, Gregory has released five solo albums blending jazz, soul, R&B, and world music. He began playing guitar at age 10 and gained early experience as a bandleader and musical director touring with R&B acts. As a session musician, Gregory has recorded and performed with a diverse range of artists including Stanley Clarke, George Duke, and Martha Reeves. His guitar playing is influenced by jazz greats like Wes Montgomery and George Benson as well as soul and rock innovators. An award-winning composer, Gregory is considered one of the most innovative guitarists in contemporary music.
